Fire Department Bids

The Town of Newton is accepting unit bids from qualified contractors for a new Fire Department facility. Keller, Inc. is the Construction Manager for this project. Download the attached PDF document linked below for details. Bids may be submitted by any of these methods:

  • Electronically via Keller’s secure online plan room (www.kellerplanroom.com).
  • Via postal mail, to be received no later than Monday, December 29th, 2025.
  • Hand delivered on or before Tuesday, December 30th, 10:00 am at Newton Town Hall.

Bids will be publicly opened at Newton Town Hall at approximately 10:05 am. on Tuesday December 30th, 2025. The Town of Newton reserves the right to reject any or all bids received without explanation, to waive irregularities and to accept a bid other than the lowest bid at their discretion. The owner and the construction manager will review all bids and publish the results and determinations within (60) days after the opening.
